They mistakenly cut down the wrong tree on common property at our unit complex. Response to this error was far from satisfactory.
We were happy to have Peter and the team come and do the work at our property. They arrived on time, did the worked quoted on, quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the property after completion of the work. Absolutely recommend the team at Branch Management!! They felled two trees for us in less than ideal conditions and left a clean and tidy space (they even hosed down my driveway!). They worked quickly and efficiently as a team, got it done, and were friendly. I am blown away by their service, from on time quoting to communications with Bianca and Jess, the service was phenomenal. We recently had a need to use 'Branch Management' to remove a tree from our property. The experience was a very good one for us due to their professinal approach to the job which went smoothly.
