They were respectful of our property and the neighbouring properties, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. I am so incredibly happy to brag about how good Ian and his young crew are and honestly could not recommend them enough. I contacted Ian after being left high and dry by another company 2-3x and googled who near me was quality and reliable and Ian and his crew at Urban Tree solutions were the first to come up. I now understand why. Not only was Ian amazing, polite and professional as well as informative without "man-splaining" or any nonsense, was straight up lovely to deal with from the second he answered the phone. Not only did he come out and quote the same day I phoned, it was a very short turn around for him and his crew to arrive on-site. Ian's young crew, every single one of the lovely young men were all polite, efficient, worked so effectively and so quickly to get the job done, we were in awe. They did such an amazing job removing 10+ 20ft + palm trees like it was nothing, were back the next day on time when they said they would be and cleaned up the entire yard and again so quickly, effectively and efficiently.
