Rory came out to give us a quote, turned up exactly when he said he would, and got the quote back to us super quickly. Big shoutout to Rob and Jake, such a great team. 🙌 🙌 🙌 They worked hard, took great care to move things out of the way so nothing got damaged, and cleaned up everything afterwards. We really appreciated the great communication and the effort everyone put in. Thanks again Rory, you're running a top-notch business. We’ll definitely be in touch next time we need tree work!
Have engaged ARB for two years and find their work of a high standard. Would clearly recommend them for normal or high pruning. Howrah resident.
I needed branch trimming of 9 large gums on my block and saw Why Arb's ad in the local newsletter. I gave them a call and Rory turned up soon after and after inspecting the job sent me a quote. Normally I would seek 3 quotes for a job this big and costly but I found Rory's quote quite reasonable so I engaged his team without seeking other quotes. Rory and his two helpers turned up on the day we agreed and undertook the task over 6 or so hours. Unfortunately much of the trimming was above plantings of shrubs and ornamentals and I requested Rory not to trim a branch if by doing so it would damage the plants below it. The guys did a fantastic job - every branch I wanted trimmed was removed and the only damage was minor damage to a geranium plant. The larger branches were cut into 12" blocks to be used as firewood whilst the smaller branches were chipped into mulch for use on my garden. I wouldn't hesitate to use Why Arb again and I highly recommend them.

The team of four cut down five large acacia trees for me and chipped several hawthorn trees. They did excellent work, over 7 hours, and worked really well as a team. They did exactly what I asked of them and kept checking in with me. I invited them back for a prickly job of cutting down about a long row of entwined large hawthorns trees. Awesome job! Also very good business communication, very prompt. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
Why Arb did tree work in our garden and it was very well done.All the arborists were nice & pleasant to work with and at the end of all their hard work, and they did work hard, they cleaned up beautifully. I will certainly use them inthe future and recommend them to friends who need a good reliable and hardworking arborists. They also turned up on time a good sign of professionalism.
